If you have set a password on your account, go to this page (click here), enter the email address associated with your account, then click the “send me reset instructions” button.
Please note, reset links will only last 48 hours, and they can only be clicked once before the link is disabled. Please try again if this happens.

Discord
You must first have bought a Glitch Inn Membership on the Purchase Page.
Once you have done that there are steps to joining the Discord provided, but simply click here to start the process.
You must have your own Discord account already set up, and you must authorize the bot on your account so it can detect you have a subscription and automatically add you.
The Glitch Inn Discord Moderation Team reserves the right to ban for any reason at all, as listed in our Terms of Service and rules inside the Discord. This is at the discretion of the moderation team to determine what will keep the community safe.
When you are banned, the bot attempts to notify you why, but you may have had DMs turned off and thus missed the notification.
You can appeal your ban here at this link, but note that appeals do not guarantee you will be unbanned.
Please make sure that you have Authorized the bot to connect to your Discord so it may verify you are subscribed, and also make sure you have logged into your Discord and used the correct link to join.
If you are still having issues, you may need to contact support.
Your “X Month” roles in the Discord are streak-based and based on the date that your current membership began. If your membership expired and you recently re-subscribed, then your date has reset and thus so has your role.
If this is not the case, there may be a bug or glitch going on with the bot that handles this, please give it time to sync, or contact support.
If your Glitch Inn membership expires and you choose not to renew it, you will also lose access to the Glitch Inn Discord server.
You will regain your access upon renewing your membership.

Your Glitch Inn Membership will auto-renew monthly. To stop your membership from auto-renewing, simply turn off auto-renew using the link above.
We unfortunately do not offer refunds due to how the Glitch Inn service works as you are provided with exclusive content. You are charged every month until you turn off auto-renew, and cannot offer refunds for those who forget to turn off their auto-renewal.
